Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zestflix.live (the "Site"), operated by ZestFlix ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What ZestFlix is
ZestFlix is a discovery and information service. We display publicly available movie and TV metadata, posters, and streaming-availability information (sourced via the TMDB API and its data partners) to help you find which legitimate service — such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max, or Apple TV+ — currently carries a given title in your region. We do not host, stream, upload, or distribute any film or television content ourselves. All actual viewing happens on the third-party provider's own platform after you're redirected there.
2. Accounts
The Site does not currently require an account to browse or search.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site beyond reasonable personal use.
- Don't attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability.
- Don't misrepresent your affiliation with ZestFlix.
4. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party streaming providers, JustWatch, and TMDB. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
Movie and show titles, posters, artwork, and related marks are the property of their respective studios, distributors, and rights holders, and are displayed here for identification and informational purposes via TMDB's API under its terms of use. Streaming service names and logos belong to their respective owners. "ZestFlix" and our own site design are our property.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is." Streaming availability changes frequently and without notice, and we can't guarantee that the information shown is always accurate or current — always confirm on the provider's own site before purchasing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZestFlix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party service you're redirected to.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
